Soft Strawberry Ice Cream
Ingredients
- Strawberry 20 oz
- Milk 10 fl oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Vanilla salt 1 teaspoon
- Vodka 0 fl oz
- 33% Cream 5 fl oz
- Corn Starch 0 oz
- Orange juice concentrate 0 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a saucepan, combine sugar, vanilla sugar, and cornstarch. Gradually pour in the milk and cream. Stir.
Step 2
Place a smaller bowl into a larger bowl filled with ice.
Step 3
Put the saucepan with cream, sugar, and milk mixed with cornstarch over medium heat. Attention! Continuously stir, and when the first bubbles appear and the mixture thickens, immediately pour it into the bowl on the ice.
Step 4
Stir until it cools down!
Step 5
Blend the strawberries in a blender and add to the cream mixture along with the orange juice and vodka. Mix well.
Step 6
Pour into a container with a lid and place in the freezer for 3 hours. During this time, stir the mixture at least 4 times, preferably with a mixer (first after 40 minutes, then after 1 hour 20 minutes, 1 hour 40 minutes, and 2 hours 20 minutes).
