Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 10 oz
- Dry yeast 1¼ teaspoons
- Unbleached flour crackers 5 oz
- Oat flakes 5 oz
- Salt 1 teaspoon
- Honey 3 tablespoons
- Yogurt powder 5 fl oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Water 5 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Place the ingredients in the bread machine pan in the order specified in the bread machine instructions. Brush the top with water and lightly sprinkle with oat flour.
Step 2
Insert the pan into the bread machine and set the baking program for a light crust. Turn on the bread machine.
Step 3
After baking, remove the finished loaf and transfer it to a wire rack to cool.
