
Soft Cookies with Cream Cheese and Chocolate

Ingredients
- Butter 5 oz
- Semi-soft cream cheese 0 oz
- Brown Sugar ¾ cup
- Sugar ¼ cup
- Egg white 1 piece
- Vanilla extract 2 teaspoons
- Wheat Flour ¼ cup
- Corn Starch 2 teaspoons
- Salt a pinch
- Activated Baking Soda 1 teaspoon
- Mini Chocolate Chips 5 oz
- Chocolate 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix the butter, cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla, and beat for about 5 minutes until creamy.
Step 2
Add the flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt, and mix everything together.
Step 3
Add the chopped chocolate chips and chopped chocolate (not too finely).
Step 4
Roll the dough into balls. They should not be too large, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Otherwise, the dough will spread in the oven.
Step 5
Preheat the oven to 390°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the dough balls 2–3 cm apart and bake for 8–9 minutes (no more than 10).
Step 6
Store the cookies in an airtight container.
