Description

Cool the cookies for about an hour before serving.

Ingredients

  • Butter 5 oz
  • Semi-soft cream cheese 0 oz
  • Brown Sugar ¾ cup
  • Sugar ¼ cup
  • Egg white 1 piece
  • Vanilla extract 2 teaspoons
  • Wheat Flour ¼ cup
  • Corn Starch 2 teaspoons
  • Salt a pinch
  • Activated Baking Soda 1 teaspoon
  • Mini Chocolate Chips 5 oz
  • Chocolate 0 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Mix the butter, cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla, and beat for about 5 minutes until creamy.

Step 2

Add the flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt, and mix everything together.

Step 3

Add the chopped chocolate chips and chopped chocolate (not too finely).

Step 4

Roll the dough into balls. They should not be too large, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Otherwise, the dough will spread in the oven.

Step 5

Preheat the oven to 390°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the dough balls 2–3 cm apart and bake for 8–9 minutes (no more than 10).

Step 6

Store the cookies in an airtight container.
