Soft chocolate cookies with M&M’s
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 1¼ glasses
- Cocoa Powder ½ glasses
- Starch film 1 tablespoon
- Salt ½ spoons
- Butter 5 oz
- Sugar ½ glasses
- Activated Baking Soda ½ spoons
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Vanilla extract 1 tablespoon
- M&M's candies 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 345°F and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Step 2
In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients except for the sugar and vanillin.
Step 3
In a separate bowl, use a mixer to beat the sugar and butter at medium speed for about three minutes. Add the egg and vanilla.
Step 4
Turn on the mixer at low speed and gradually add the dry flour mixture from the first bowl.
Step 5
Mix until smooth and add M&M's.
Step 6
Using a teaspoon, place small portions of the dough onto the baking sheet, leaving ample space between each.
Step 7
Bake for 8 minutes. The center may look undercooked — this is normal.
Step 8
Cool the cookies on a wire rack, then transfer them to a plate and let them cool completely.
