Ingredients
- Wheat Flour ¼ cup
- Butter 10 oz
- Sugar ½ cup
- Activated Baking Soda ½ teaspoon
- Brown Sugar ¼ cup
- Salt 1 teaspoon
- Vanilla extract 2 teaspoons
- Mini Chocolate Chips 5 oz
- Farm fresh eggs 2 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a bowl, mix the flour and baking soda.
Step 2
In another bowl, beat the butter and sugar on medium speed with a mixer for about 2 minutes until the mixture is soft and fluffy.
Step 3
Add salt, vanilla, and eggs to the butter. Beat on low speed for 1 minute.
Step 4
Add the flour mixture to the butter mixture and mix well.
Step 5
Add the chocolate chips and stir.
Step 6
Drop tablespoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing them 3–4 centimeters apart.
Step 7
Bake the cookies at 355°F for 10-12 minutes. About halfway through baking, rotate the baking sheet.
Step 8
Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 2 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
