Snickers Ice Cream Cake
Ingredients
- 10% cream 15 fl oz
- Condensed Milk 5 oz
- Cocoa Powder 5 tablespoons
- Snickers 6 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the Snickers into small slices.
Step 2
Grease the inner surface of the bowl-mold with vegetable oil.
Step 3
Cover the inner surface of the bowl-mold with two layers of plastic wrap.
Step 4
Place the Snickers slices inside the bowl-mold.
Step 5
Mix the condensed milk and cocoa powder.
Step 6
Whip the cream.
Step 7
Combine the whipped cream with the mixture of condensed milk and cocoa powder, gently fold the mixture with a spatula. Once the color is uniform, transfer the mixture to the bowl-mold. Smooth the surface using a spatula, cover the ice cream with a layer of plastic wrap.
Step 8
Place in the freezer overnight. After that, carefully remove from the mold.
