Description

Ingredients
- Egg white 2 pieces
- Wheat Flour 10 oz
- Salt 0 oz
- Baking Powder 0 oz
- Butter 10 oz
- Sugar 10 oz
- Vanilla extract 0 fl oz
- Ground Cinnamon 2 teaspoons
- Powdered Sugar 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a large bowl, sift together the flour and baking powder, add salt, and mix.
Step 2
In another bowl, beat the butter and sugar together using a mixer.
Step 3
Add the eggs one at a time to the butter mixture, beating well after each addition.
Step 4
Pour in the vanilla extract and beat again.
Step 5
Continuing to beat, gradually add the flour and mix the dough until it is uniform and smooth.
Step 6
Cover the soft dough with plastic wrap and refrigerate for a couple of hours.
Step 7
In a plate, sift together the powdered sugar and cinnamon, and mix.
Step 8
Line a baking sheet with smooth parchment paper.
Step 9
From the chilled dough, make small balls, roll them in the cinnamon sugar, and place them on the baking sheet, spaced 5 cm apart.
Step 10
Flatten each ball slightly while on the baking sheet.
Step 11
Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F for 8–10 minutes, until the cookies turn a delicious golden color.
