Description
Instead of rice, you can use wheat groats, and instead of matsoni, use fresh buttermilk.
Ingredients
- Matsoni 15 fl oz
- Wheat Flour 0 oz
- Onion 0 oz
- Clarified Butter 0 oz
- Rice 0 oz
- Mint 0 oz
- Chicken Egg ¼ piece
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Combine the flour with the egg and whisk thoroughly.
Step 2
Dilute the matsoni with water in a 1:1 ratio.
Step 3
Gradually pour the diluted matsoni into the egg-flour mixture while stirring continuously.
Step 4
Place the pot with the mixture over low heat and bring to a boil while stirring constantly.
Step 5
After that, add the cooked rice along with the broth.
Step 6
Separately, finely chop and sauté the onion in butter. Add to the soup.
Step 7
Add the chopped mint, stir, and bring the soup to a boil.
