Description

Ingredients

  • Butter 5 oz
  • Puff Pastry 20 oz
  • Cinnamon 5 oz
  • Whole egg 1 piece
  • Powdered Sugar to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Place the thawed pastry on a clean surface dusted with flour.

Step 2

Roll it out with a rolling pin until thin.

Step 3

Spread room temperature butter over the pastry. You can use more to ensure the snails are not dry.

Step 4

Sprinkle cinnamon with sugar on top.

Step 5

Tightly roll it into a log and cut into slices about 2 cm thick.

Step 6

Place on a baking sheet and brush the top with egg yolk.

Step 7

Bake in the oven at 390°F for about 20 minutes.
