Ingredients
- Water 15 fl oz
- Young zucchini 5 oz
- Potato 5 oz
- Onion 5 oz
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Carrot 0 oz
- Cream 5 oz
- Salt 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the zucchini in half.
Step 2
To smoke it at home, take a pot, add alder wood chips, then cover them with a sieve and place the zucchini on top, then put it on the heat. As it heats up, the wood chips will start to smoke, so smoke the zucchini for 15-20 minutes.
Step 3
Separately, sauté the onion, carrot, and potato in vegetable oil, adding butter.
Step 4
Add the smoked zucchini, pour in water, and cook for 20 minutes.
Step 5
Blend, adding cream and salt.
Step 6
Serve with croutons made from white bread.
