Description
You can easily check if the baked sponge cake is ready using a toothpick. To prevent the sponge cake from collapsing, do not take it out of the oven immediately after it is done.

- Wheat Flour 1 glass
- Sugar 1 glass
- Butter 0 oz
- Chicken Egg 3 pieces
- Salt to taste

Step 1
Beat the eggs with a mixer until a white foam forms, add sugar, and whip until smooth. Gradually add the flour, add salt, and mix well.
Step 2
Spread the batter into a greased baking dish and bake in an oven preheated to 355°F for twenty minutes.
