Ingredients
- Egg white 2 pieces
- Sugar 5 oz
- Margarine 5 oz
- Activated Baking Soda a pinch
- Wheat Flour 15 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cream the margarine with sugar, then add the eggs and flour, along with a bit of baking soda. Mix everything together.
Step 2
Knead a stiff dough, then roll it out. Cut out cookies using cookie cutters.
Step 3
Bake in the oven at a temperature of 180–390°F.
Step 4
Sprinkle the finished cookies with powdered sugar (or roll them in sugar before baking).
