Ingredients
- Cookie 5 oz
- Butter 0 oz
- 10% cream 5 oz
- Liquid dark chocolate 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a blender, crush the cookies, mix with melted butter, and press into the bottom of a cake pan. Place in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
Step 2
In a small saucepan, bring the cream to a boil, remove from heat, and add the chocolate. Stir until smooth.
Step 3
Pour the cream into the pan. Return everything to the refrigerator for another 3 hours. Garnish with blackberries and serve.
