Simple mushroom soup with champignons and oyster mushrooms
Ingredients
- Cilantro to taste
- Fresh Mushrooms 5 oz
- Oyster Mushrooms 5 oz
- Salad Potatoes 3 pieces
- Carrot 1 piece
- Onion 1 piece
- Dried Chamomile to taste
- Roots to taste
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Chop the mushrooms and dice three small to medium-sized potatoes.
Step 2
Finely chop the carrot and onion (it's better to use medium-sized vegetables).
Step 3
Place everything in a pot, add two liters of water. Bring to a boil, add dried herbs and roots.
Step 4
Cook for 20 minutes until the vegetables are tender. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 5
You can add finely chopped cilantro to the bowl.
