Ingredients
- Fish Oil 10 oz
- Salad Potatoes 4 pieces
- Onion 1 head
- Carrot 1 piece
- Cream 0 fl oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Butter 0 oz
- Safflower Oil 0 fl oz
- Herbs to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Place the fish parts (head, bones, tail) in a separate pot and boil in salted water until cooked.
Step 2
Chop the onion into small cubes.
Step 3
Grate the carrot on a coarse grater.
Step 4
Cut the potatoes into small cubes.
Step 5
In a heavy-bottomed pot, combine the butter and sunflower oil. Heat well.
Step 6
Add the onion and sauté until soft, stirring constantly with a wooden spatula.
Step 7
Then add the carrot and simmer for another 2 minutes.
Step 8
Add the potatoes, stir, and sauté for 2–3 minutes.
Step 9
Strain the fish broth through a colander and pour it into the pot with the vegetables.
Step 10
Separate the fish from the bones.
Step 11
Season the soup with salt and pepper to taste, adding more water if necessary.
Step 12
Once the potatoes are ready, pour in the cream and turn off the heat.
Step 13
Before serving, add herbs. Enjoy your meal!
