- Chocolate 10 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Wheat Flour 4 tablespoons
- Farm fresh eggs 5 pieces

Step 1
Break the chocolate into small pieces and place it in a bowl, adding the butter. Set it over a water bath and melt. Stir until smooth and transfer to a large bowl.
Step 2
Sift the sugar and flour and add them to the chocolate. Then gradually incorporate the eggs and let the batter rest at room temperature for 30 minutes.
Step 3
Take a muffin tin and place paper liners in each cup. Fill the liners with the batter and bake in a preheated oven at 320°F for 30–35 minutes until done.
