Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Chicken Egg 3 pieces
- Starch film 0 oz
- Baking Powder 0 oz
- Vanilla salt 0 oz
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients. Take the butter out of the refrigerator in advance.
Step 2
In a mixing bowl, combine 150 grams of softened butter with both types of sugar.
Step 3
Add the eggs to the batter one at a time.
Step 4
Sift the flour, salt, cornstarch, and baking powder into a separate bowl.
Step 5
Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients.
Step 6
Grease the loaf pan with the remaining butter.
Step 7
Pour the batter into the mold.
Step 8
Bake the cake at 355°F for 35–40 minutes. Check the cake's doneness with a toothpick: if the toothpick comes out clean, the cake is ready.
Step 9
Let the cake cool on a wire rack for about 20 minutes, then remove it from the pan.
Step 10
Serve hot or cold with tea or black coffee.
