Description
The dough yields a small amount, and I bake it in a regular rectangular loaf pan.
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 1 glass
- Sugar 1 glass
- Activated Baking Soda a pinch
- Apple 3 pieces
- Chicken Egg 3 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Using a mixer, beat the eggs with the sugar. Add the flour and baking soda. The batter should be liquid.
Step 2
Dice the apples into small cubes.
Step 3
Grease the baking dish with butter. Arrange the apples at the bottom, then pour the batter on top and place it in the oven.
Step 4
Bake for 20–25 minutes at 355°F.
