Silkiest panna cotta with white chocolate
Ingredients
- Heavy cream 10 fl oz
- Gelatin 2 tablespoons
- Sugar 0 oz
- White Chocolate 5 oz
- Water 4 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Place the gelatin in a bowl and pour water over it. Let it swell for about 5–7 minutes.
Step 2
Put the cream and chocolate in a small saucepan, add sugar. Place the saucepan over heat, stirring constantly until the chocolate and sugar dissolve. Remove from heat.
Step 3
Pour the mixture into the bowl with gelatin and stir until it completely dissolves. Allow to cool to room temperature and pour the mixture into molds. Place in the refrigerator. Let it set — this will take about 2–3 hours.
Step 4
To remove the dessert from the molds, dip each mold in a bowl filled with hot water for a few seconds, the dessert will melt slightly at the edges, making it easy to invert the mold onto a plate.
