Ingredients
- Sugar 5 oz
- Espresso 25 fl oz
- Cream (40%) 5 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a bowl, mix the hot coffee and sugar. Pour into a container and cool to room temperature. Then freeze, stirring every 30 minutes, for about 3 hours.
Step 2
Meanwhile, in a bowl, whip the cream to stiff peaks.
Step 3
Scoop the granita into dessert cups and top with whipped cream.
