
Shulyum with Tuzluk

A very simple dish, but you'll lick your fingers! Delicious!
Ingredients
- Pork Skewers 35 oz
- Salad Potatoes 8 pieces
- Onion 2 heads
- Carrot 1 piece
- Garlic 4 cloves
- Salt to taste
- Bay leaf 4 pieces
- Green peppercorns 6 pieces
- Allspice berries 6 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Ideally, carrots are not added to shulyum, and the onion is cut into 4 parts and placed in the broth.
Step 2
Take the ribs, cover them with water, and put them on the heat. When it boils, add the bay leaf and pepper to the broth, and season with salt.
Step 3
Add the onion, sliced into half-rings, and the carrot, sliced into rounds, to the broth and cook for about 20 minutes, then add the coarsely chopped potatoes and cook until done.
Step 4
Chop the garlic and place it in a bowl, pour hot broth over it — this is the tuzluk. The shulyum itself can be garnished with herbs if desired.
