Description
Recipe taken from a book titled 'Seafood. Very Simple'.
Ingredients
- Chicken Broth 8 cups
- Potato protein 6 teaspoons
- Shrimp 30 oz
- Butter 1 piece
- Nut crumb to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In the meat broth, from which the fat has been removed, boil pieces of chicken without skin and fat.
Step 2
Strain and cool.
Step 3
Take 8 cups of the resulting cold broth and dissolve 6 teaspoons of potato starch in it.
Step 4
Boil 800–900 grams of shrimp in salted water.
Step 5
Set aside some shrimp for garnish, and crush the rest with a piece of butter and bread crumb, then strain through a fine sieve.
Step 6
Combine this puree with the prepared broth over steam, heat well, then strain.
Step 7
When serving, place the peeled shrimp in bowls and pour hot soup over them.
