Ingredients
- Dried Squid 1 tablespoon
- Onion 3 heads
- Green peppercorns 10 pieces
- Chicken Broth 0 qt
- Fish Oil 2 tablespoons
- Carrot 4 pieces
- Cauliflower 0 oz
- Courgette 2 pieces
- Chinese green beans 0 oz
- Shrimp 12 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a blender, combine dried shrimp, chopped onion, crushed peppercorns with a little water. Bring the broth to a boil in a pot, add fish sauce and the mixture you made earlier. Simmer for a few minutes.
Step 2
Add sliced carrots, cauliflower florets, chopped zucchini, and cut green beans. Cook for another 2 minutes. Add the raw shrimp, which should be peeled, deveined, but with tails left on, and cook until they turn pink and the vegetables are tender, which should take 3-4 minutes.
Step 3
Remove from heat, ladle into bowls, and serve with fresh basil leaves.
