
Shrimp and Celery Soup

You can use coconut milk instead of regular milk :)
Ingredients
- Olive Oil 4 tablespoons
- Onion ½ head
- Shrimp 20 oz
- Celery salt 2 stalks
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Wheat Flour 2 tablespoons
- Passata Tomato Sauce 2 tablespoons
- Milk 25 fl oz
- Bay leaf 1 piece
- Salt to taste
- Fresh basil leaves 4 pieces
- Scallions 3 stalks
- Chicken Broth 15 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the shrimp and prepare all the ingredients, sauté the onion and celery stalk, add the flour and tomato paste. Mix well and simmer for a couple of minutes.
Step 2
Then pour in the milk and 480 ml of broth, mix everything well.
Step 3
Add the peeled shrimp, basil, and a little hot sauce (to taste). Cook for 7–10 minutes.
