
Shortcrust Pie with Berries and Cottage Cheese

Description
Optionally, you can whip the remaining egg whites and spread them on top. Use 6 egg whites for 1 cup of sugar. Bake until the meringue becomes slightly golden.
Ingredients
- Whole egg 7 pieces
- Sugar 2 cups
- Activated Baking Soda ½ teaspoon
- Wheat Flour 1½ cups
- Frozen black currant puree 5 oz
- Cottage cheese 5 oz
- Sour Cream 2 tablespoons
- Butter 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix 6 egg yolks, 1 cup of sugar, 1 pack of butter, ½ teaspoon of baking soda (dissolved in vinegar), and flour. Place in a baking dish and prick the surface with a fork around the perimeter.
Step 2
Bake the crust for 10–15 minutes at 375°F.
Step 3
Mix 2 packs of cottage cheese, 1 egg yolk, 1 cup of sugar, and 2 tablespoons of sour cream. Pour the mixture onto the baked crust, place in the oven, and bake until set. Remove and sprinkle with berries.
Step 4
Take out and let it sit for a while.
