  • Sugar 10 oz
  • Butter 5 oz
  • Chicken Egg 2 pieces
  • Baking Powder 1 tablespoon
  • Salt a pinch
  • Meyer Lemon Juice 0 fl oz
  • Plums 0 lbs

Prepare all the ingredients. Chill the butter in the freezer beforehand. Preheat the oven to 355°F.

In a food processor, place the butter, add 200 grams of sugar, 600 grams of flour, eggs, baking powder, and salt.

Turn on the mixer and blend until the mixture resembles crumbs. Store it in the refrigerator while the filling is being prepared.

Cut the plums in half and remove the pits.

Dice the plums into small cubes.
