Ingredients
- Margarine 5 oz
- Sugar ½ cup
- Farm fresh eggs 2 pieces
- Wheat Flour 2 cups
- Activated Baking Soda ½ teaspoon
- Vanilla extract to taste
- Kefir ½ cup
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cream the room temperature margarine with sugar.
Step 2
Beat the eggs and kefir together.
Step 3
Add the flour and baking soda, then knead the dough.
Step 4
Refrigerate the dough for 1 hour.
Step 5
Roll out the chilled dough on a floured surface to a thickness of 5 mm and cut out shapes.
Step 6
Bake for 15–20 minutes at 355°F.
