  • Wheat Flour 1 cup
  • Almond 1 cup
  • Butter 5 oz
  • Sugar 3 tablespoons
  • Egg white 1 piece
  • Salt a pinch
  • Vanilla salt to taste
  • Baking Powder 0 oz
  • Kefir 5 tablespoons

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cream the butter with sugar, add the egg, salt, vanilla sugar, baking powder, kefir, and beat well.

Step 2

Add the all-purpose flour and almond flour. Knead the dough and refrigerate for half an hour.

Step 3

Roll out the dough, cut out cookies with cookie cutters, sprinkle with sugar or almond flakes. Place in a preheated oven at 355°F and bake until golden brown.

Step 4

Dust with powdered sugar.
