Ingredients
- Butter 5 oz
- Wheat Flour 1½ cups
- Egg white 2 pieces
- Baking Powder 1 teaspoon
- Vanilla salt 1 teaspoon
- Powdered Sugar 0.3 cups
- Milk 0.1 cups
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Soften the butter in a deep bowl with a fork.
Step 2
Add the flour and baking powder. Mix well.
Step 3
In a separate bowl, beat the yolks until creamy, gradually adding the powdered sugar.
Step 4
Add the flour and butter mixture to the yolks and mix thoroughly.
Step 5
Shape the dough and knead it. Leave in the refrigerator for half an hour (optional).
Step 6
Roll out the dough, cut out cookies, and place them on a baking sheet. Brush with milk. Bake for 10 minutes at 390°F.
