  • Pork chop with bone 70 oz
  • Salad Potatoes 35 oz
  • Tomatoes 20 oz
  • Turnips 20 oz
  • Orange Bell Peppers 3 pieces
  • Onion 1 head
  • Garlic 1 head
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step 1

Boil the meat for about an hour, then add the whole potatoes and cook for another 15 minutes.

Step 2

Next, add the peeled vegetables: carrots, tomatoes, bell peppers (whole), the head of onion, garlic, and cook over medium heat until ready. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
