Shiitake Mushroom Puree Soup
Ingredients
- Shimeji mushrooms 5 oz
- Almond 1 tablespoon
- Chopped almonds 5 oz
- Parsley 5 oz
- Spanish onions ½ head
- Spinach 5 oz
- Celery salt 5 stalks
- Sesame Oil 1 teaspoon
- Ocean salt to taste
- Dried Chinese mushrooms to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Make almond milk by blending almonds with 600 milliliters of water.
Step 2
Blend mushrooms, almond oil, and 400 milliliters of almond milk together.
Step 3
Add onion and parsley and mix well.
Step 4
Pour the soup into bowls.
Step 5
Mix chopped celery and spinach with sesame oil.
Step 6
Pour a small amount of the mixture into the center of the soup and top with some dried mushrooms.
