
Shepherd's Pie with Hard Cheese

Ingredients
- "Petelinka Thigh Fillet" 15 oz
- Potato 30 oz
- 20% Sour Cream 10 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Vegetable Oil to taste
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Hard Cheese 0 oz
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the potatoes, after peeling them, until tender. Drain the water and mash with a fork. Add salt, one whole egg, and one yolk, and mix thoroughly.
Step 2
Finely dice the onion, garlic, and thigh meat, then sauté in vegetable oil until halfway cooked, adding salt to taste.
Step 3
Spread half of the mashed potatoes at the bottom of a baking dish, then layer the sautéed thigh on top, and cover with the remaining mashed potatoes.
Step 4
Spread a thin layer of sour cream, sprinkle with finely grated Parmesan cheese, and place in an oven preheated to 355°F for ten to twelve minutes.
