Ingredients
- Egg white 1 piece
- Meyer Lemon Juice 1 teaspoon
- Powdered Sugar 15 oz
- Red Food Coloring to taste
- Mint Leaves to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a bowl, lightly beat the egg white. Add the lemon juice, mix, and gradually incorporate the powdered sugar until a pliable dough forms. Add the mint extract and mix.
Step 2
Divide the dough into 2 parts and add a little red food coloring to one part and green to the other.
Step 3
Dust the work surface with a small amount of powdered sugar. Roll out the dough separately or stacked together. Use cookie cutters to cut out shapes and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Leave to dry.
