Ingredients
- Cottage cheese 10 oz
- Ground meat 20 oz
- Chocolate eggs 3 pieces
- Activated Baking Soda 1 teaspoon
- Wheat Flour 2 cups
- Vegetable Oil 2 teaspoons
- Spices to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix all the ingredients for the dough (cottage cheese, 2 eggs, baking soda, flour, vegetable oil, salt). Knead and roll out the dough.
Step 2
Prepare the filling by mixing the ground meat with spices, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1 egg.
Step 3
Spread the filling on the dough, leaving a 3–4 cm border from the edge.
Step 4
Roll it up into a tube and cut into 1 centimeter pieces.
Step 5
Fry in a large amount of vegetable oil in a skillet.
