- Dates 5 oz
- Cashew 5 oz
- Toasted Sesame 5 oz
- Light Raisins, Seedless 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Sort the cashews and toast them in a skillet or oven until golden brown. Then, blend them in a blender until they reach a flour-like consistency.
Step 2
Thoroughly rinse the dried apricots, raisins, and dates. If necessary, soak them in warm water. Remove the pits from the dates.
Step 3
In a blender, add the ground cashews and dried fruits, and blend until smooth.
Step 4
Toast the sesame seeds in a skillet until golden brown.
Step 5
Shape a ball from the nut-fruit mixture by hand, roll it in sesame seeds, and garnish with cashew nuts.
