Sesame Cookies
Ingredients
- Salt ½ teaspoon
- Vinegar essence 1 teaspoon
- Activated Baking Soda 1 teaspoon
- Toasted Sesame 5 oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice 1 teaspoon
- Cinnamon to taste
- Egg white 1 piece
- Sugar 4 tablespoons
- Butter 0 oz
- Wheat Flour 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Beat the softened butter with sugar, add the egg, lemon juice, and cinnamon.
Step 2
Gradually add the flour in small portions. Then add the salt and mix well.
Step 3
Dissolve the baking soda in vinegar.
Step 4
Stir in the sesame seeds (they can be toasted beforehand).
Step 5
Using a teaspoon, place small mounds on baking paper, spaced 4–5 cm apart (the cookies will spread).
Step 6
Bake at 340°F for ten minutes.
Step 7
At first, they are sticky and soft, but when cooled, they become crispy.
