Ingredients
- Toasted Sesame 0.6 cups
- Salt ½ teaspoon
- Spring roll wrappers 10 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 390°F. Grease a large baking sheet with vegetable oil.
Step 2
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Place a bowl of ice water nearby.
Step 3
In a small bowl, mix the sesame seeds and salt.
Step 4
Place 6 sheets of wonton wrappers in the boiling water for 30–60 seconds. Then, using a slotted spoon, transfer them to the ice water and dry them on a paper towel. Transfer to the baking sheet. Sprinkle each sheet with 0.5 teaspoon of the sesame mixture.
Step 5
Bake in the oven for 8–12 minutes until golden and crispy. Let cool.
Step 6
Repeat the same process with the remaining wrappers.
