Description
You can roll the balls in coconut flakes or use colored sprinkles. When rolling the balls, wet your hands with cold water.
Ingredients
- Toasted Sesame 5 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Dry Malted Milk Powder 5 oz
- Coconut flakes 0 oz
- Vanilla salt 1 teaspoon
- Powdered Sugar 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Melt the butter and fry about 110 grams of sesame seeds until golden brown, then cool.
Step 2
Mix the dry milk, coconut flakes, powdered sugar, and vanilla sugar.
Step 3
Combine both mixtures and let sit for an hour.
Step 4
Toast the remaining sesame seeds in a dry skillet.
Step 5
Thoroughly mix the mixture, divide it into 10 parts, roll into balls, and coat with sesame seeds.
