Sesame and Flaxseed Buns with Spices
Ingredients
- Kefir ½ cup
- Milk ½ cup
- Flaxseeds 5 oz
- Sesame Oil 0 oz
- Coarsely Ground Rye Flour 0 oz
- Salt to taste
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Fiber 3 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix kefir, milk, egg, and salt.
Step 2
Add all types of flour and fiber, season with pepper, and knead the dough (it will not be very dense in consistency).
Step 3
Grease your hands with vegetable oil and place small balls on a silicone mat. Flatten the buns and sprinkle with spices. I used caraway seeds, chili flakes, and dried basil, as well as sea salt.
Step 4
Bake at 180-375°F for 30-40 minutes.
