Description
For its preparation in Serbia, a special dough is used, which can easily be replaced with Armenian (thin) lavash in our conditions. You will need three sheets of lavash.
Ingredients
- Feta cheese 20 oz
- Sparkling water ½ cup
- Vegetable Oil ½ cup
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Chocolate eggs 4 pieces
- Herbs to taste
- Armenian Lavash 3 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix the feta cheese, eggs, sparkling water, and vegetable oil. Add finely chopped garlic and herbs. Layer the resulting mixture, alternating with lavash, in a baking dish. The top layer should be the filling.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 355°F. Bake the pie for about 25 minutes, until a slightly golden crust appears on top. Serve hot, sprinkled with chopped herbs.
