- Cottage cheese 30 oz
- Quail Egg 9 pieces
- Raisins 5 oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Semolina 5 oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Activated Baking Soda 1 teaspoon
- Vanillin 1 teaspoon
- Powdered Sugar a pinch
- Grapefruits 0 oz
- Strawberry 0 oz

Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients. Preheat the oven to 390°F.

Rinse the raisins and soak them in boiling water.
Step 3
Dissolve the baking soda.
Step 4
Melt the butter.
Step 5
Beat the eggs with sugar.
Step 6
Drain the water from the raisins, place them in a sieve, and let them drain.
Step 7
Add the raisins to the cottage cheese.
Step 8
Add the melted butter, vanilla, and baking soda to the eggs, mix, and then add to the cottage cheese.
Step 9
Mix the cottage cheese mixture well.
Step 10
Line a baking dish with parchment paper and pour in the mixture.

Place in the preheated oven at 390°F for 50 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool. When serving, sprinkle with powdered sugar and garnish with berries.
