Ingredients
- Milk 5 fl oz
- Semolina 5 teaspoons
- Sugar 4 teaspoons
- Egg white 1 piece
- Apple 1 piece
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable Oil 2 teaspoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Slowly pour semolina into boiling milk, add sugar, a pinch of salt, and cook until ready.
Step 2
Add oil, the egg yolk to the cooked porridge, and mix well. Whip the egg white until stiff and fold it into the cooled porridge.
Step 3
Peel and slice the apples, then sauté with sugar over low heat.
Step 4
Grease a baking dish with oil, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, and layer the semolina porridge, followed by a layer of apples, and top with another layer of semolina porridge. Drizzle with oil, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, and bake in the oven.
