- Semolina 5 tablespoons
- Sugar 1 cup
- Butter 0 oz
- Lemon 2 pieces

Cook a thick semolina porridge. Add the butter and let the porridge cool (so it is slightly warm).
Step 2
Pass the lemons with the peel through a meat grinder. However, it is important that the citrus fruits are seedless.
