- Ground Cinnamon 1 teaspoon
- Raisins to taste
- Apple 2 pieces
- Butter 0 oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Baking Powder a pinch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Beat the eggs, add sugar and ground cinnamon. Gradually add semolina, mix thoroughly, then add flour and baking powder. Add raisins.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 160–355°F.
Step 3
Slice the apples.
Step 4
Grease a baking sheet with butter, arrange the apples, and pour the mixture over them. Bake until golden brown.
