- Kefir 15 fl oz
- Sugar 3 tablespoons
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Butter 5 oz
- Activated Baking Soda ½ teaspoon

Step 1
Pour the semolina with kefir and let it sit for at least an hour.
Step 2
Beat the egg into the semolina and kefir mixture, add the butter, baking soda, and sugar. The dough should be thick in consistency.
Step 3
Bake in the oven in a mold until golden brown at a temperature of 180–390°F. Check readiness with a toothpick.
