Ingredients

  • Semolina 2 cups
  • Sugar 2 cups
  • Dessert Yogurt 2 cups
  • Farm fresh eggs 6 pieces
  • Activated Baking Soda ½ teaspoon
  • Liquid dark chocolate 1 piece

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Mix the semolina with sugar. Gradually add the eggs while whisking, and mix until smooth. Pour in the yogurt and mix well. Neutralize the baking soda, add it to the mixture, and stir well.

Step 2

Pour the mixture into a greased baking pan and place it in an oven preheated to 355°F (350 degrees Fahrenheit). Bake for about 20 minutes.

Step 3

Grate the chocolate using a fine grater.

Step 4

Remove from the oven as soon as a firm brown crust forms.

Step 5

Take the cake out of the pan and transfer it to a plate. While it is still warm, spoon the chocolate on top and spread it over the surface until it melts.

Step 6

Let the cake cool for 30 minutes.
