Mix 1 cup of 10% sour cream, 1 cup of semolina, ½ cup of sugar, melted margarine, and 2 eggs in a mixer until smooth. Pour the resulting batter into a greased baking dish.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 300°F, place the dish with the batter inside, increase the temperature to 355°F, and bake for 20–25 minutes. You can check readiness with a wooden stick. Remove the finished cake from the oven, place it on a plate. Let it cool slightly and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
