- Sugar 5 oz
- Vanilla salt 0 oz
- Farm fresh eggs 3 pieces
- Dried Apricots 5 oz
- Light Raisins, Seedless 0 oz
- Baking Powder 1 teaspoon
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Semolina 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix the semolina with sour cream and let it sit for a little over an hour.
Step 2
Cut the dried apricots into four pieces and soak them together with the raisins for half an hour.
Step 3
Beat the eggs with sugar.
Step 4
Combine all the ingredients. The batter will be thick.
Step 5
Place in a preheated oven at 355°F for 40–50 minutes.
