Description

- Kefir 5 fl oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Vanillin to taste
- Baking Soda a pinch
- Eggs 2 pieces
- Raisins to taste
- Salt to taste

Step 1
To prepare the semolina cake with raisins, rinse the raisins and dry them.
Step 2
In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients: flour, baking soda, salt, sugar, semolina, and vanillin.
Step 3
Add melted butter, raisins, eggs, and kefir to the dry mixture, and mix with a mixer.
Step 4
Preheat the oven to 390°F.
Step 5
Pour the mixture into a mold previously greased with sunflower oil.
Step 6
Bake until a golden crust appears.
