Ingredients
- Semolina 1½ cups
- Kefir 1½ cups
- Sugar 1 cup
- Farm fresh eggs 3 pieces
- Salt a pinch
- Raisins to taste
- Activated Baking Soda ½ g
- Fresh Berries 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix sugar with semolina.
Step 2
In a separate bowl, mix kefir, eggs, and baking soda.
Step 3
Knead the dough by combining the ingredients.
Step 4
If desired, add raisins.
Step 5
Pour into a mold and bake in the oven until ready at 180–390°F.
